AbbVie Presents Long-Term Data Showing Skyrizi Maintains Remission in Crohn's Disease

AbbVie today presented long-term data from the ADVANCE and MOTIVATE induction trials and the FORTIFY maintenance trial showing that Skyrizi (risankizumab) maintains clinical remission and endoscopic response in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease through 52 weeks of maintenance therapy. At week 52, 55.8% of patients receiving Skyrizi 600 mg IV induction followed by 360 mg SC maintenance achieved clinical remission compared to 40.6% on placebo. These results demonstrate the durable efficacy of Skyrizi in Crohn's disease and support its use as a long-term treatment option. AbbVie continues to study Skyrizi across multiple inflammatory conditions.
