Amgen Announces Positive Phase 3 Results for Rocatinlimab in Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Amgen today announced positive results from the Phase 3 ROCKET trial evaluating rocatinlimab, an anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody, in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in the Investigator Global Assessment (IGA) score of 0 or 1 compared to placebo at week 24. Rocatinlimab targets OX40, a co-stimulatory receptor on T cells that plays a key role in the activation and proliferation of T cells involved in AD pathogenesis. These results support the potential of rocatinlimab as a new treatment option for patients with moderate-to-severe AD.
