Johnson & Johnson Presents Real-World Data Confirming Tecvayli Efficacy in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today presented real-world evidence from multiple centers showing that Tecvayli (teclistamab-cqyv) maintains high response rates in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients in clinical practice. The real-world analysis included over 300 patients and showed an overall response rate of 63%, consistent with the pivotal MajesTEC-1 trial results. Tecvayli is a BCMA×CD3 bispecific antibody that redirects T cells to kill BCMA-expressing myeloma cells. These real-world results confirm the effectiveness of Tecvayli outside of clinical trial settings and support its use in routine clinical practice.
