Roche Receives Full FDA Approval for Polivy Plus R-CHP in Frontline DLBCL

Roche today announced that the FDA has converted the accelerated approval of Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin-piiq) plus rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (R-CHP) to full approval for the treatment of adults with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The conversion was based on long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 POLARIX trial demonstrating sustained progression-free survival benefit. This full approval reinforces Polivy plus R-CHP as a standard of care in frontline DLBCL.
