AbbVie Presents Real-World Data on Fixed-Duration Venetoclax Regimens in CLL

AbbVie today presented real-world evidence from multiple observational studies showing that fixed-duration venetoclax-based regimens achieve durable remissions in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in clinical practice. The pooled analysis included over 1,500 patients treated with venetoclax plus obinutuzumab or venetoclax plus rituximab. The data showed that 72% of patients who achieved undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD) remained in remission at 3 years without additional therapy. These real-world results confirm the durability of venetoclax-based fixed-duration regimens in CLL.
