Bristol Myers Squibb Reports Phase 2 TRANSCEND CLL 004 Results for Breyanzi in CLL

BMS announces Phase 2 TRANSCEND CLL 004 trial results for lisocabtagene maraleucel (Breyanzi) in relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Bristol Myers Squibb today announced results from the Phase 2 TRANSCEND CLL 004 trial evaluating lisocabtagene maraleucel (Breyanzi) in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia who had received at least two prior lines of therapy including a BTK inhibitor and BCL-2 inhibitor. The trial demonstrated a complete response rate of 18% with an overall response rate of 45%. Breyanzi is a CD19-directed CAR-T cell therapy. These results support Breyanzi as a potential treatment option for heavily pretreated CLL patients with limited options.
