Bristol Myers Squibb today announced Phase 3 trial results confirming that neoadjuvant nivolumab plus ipilimumab achieves high pathological response rates in patients with dMMR colon cancer. The trial demonstrated a complete pathological response rate of 68%, enabling organ-sparing approaches in many patients.
