Eli Lilly Presents Real-World Outcomes Data for Kisunla in Early Alzheimer's Disease

Eli Lilly announces real-world outcomes data showing Kisunla (donanemab) maintains clinical benefits in patients with early Alzheimer's disease in routine clinical practice.

Eli Lilly and Company today presented real-world outcomes data from patients treated with Kisunla (donanemab-azbt) for early Alzheimer's disease in routine clinical practice. The data, collected from multiple memory care centers, showed that patients treated with Kisunla experienced significant reductions in amyloid plaque burden as measured by amyloid PET imaging. Clinical outcomes, including cognitive function and daily living activities, were consistent with the pivotal TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 trial results. These real-world data provide additional evidence supporting the effectiveness of Kisunla in clinical practice settings.
