Eli Lilly Presents 2-Year Long-Term Ebglyss Data in Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Eli Lilly today announced 2-year long-term data for lebrikizumab (Ebglyss) in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. At 2 years, 63% of patients maintained IGA 0/1 response and 71% maintained EASI-75 response. The long-term safety profile was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified. These data demonstrate the sustained efficacy and favorable long-term safety of lebrikizumab and support its use as a long-term treatment option for atopic dermatitis patients.
