Johnson & Johnson Announces Phase 3 MARIPOSA-2 Results for Rybrevant in Osimertinib-Resistant NSCLC
Johnson & Johnson reports Phase 3 MARIPOSA-2 trial results for amivantamab plus chemotherapy in EGFR-mutated NSCLC after osimertinib failure.
Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MARIPOSA-2 trial evaluating amivantamab (Rybrevant) plus carboplatin and pemetrexed in patients with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who progressed on osimertinib. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy alone. The median PFS was 6.3 months for Rybrevant plus chemotherapy versus 4.2 months for chemotherapy alone. These results support the use of Rybrevant-based therapy in patients with EGFR-mutated NSCLC who progress on osimertinib.
