Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 CARTITUDE-4 Results for Carvykti in Earlier-Line Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 CARTITUDE-4 trial evaluating ciltacabtagene autoleucel (Carvykti) versus pomalidomide plus bortezomib plus dexamethasone or daratumumab plus pomalidomide plus dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who had received one to three prior lines of therapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival for Carvykti. These results led to FDA approval of Carvykti in patients with one to three prior lines of therapy.
