AbbVie Presents Real-World Data on Navitoclax Plus Ruxolitinib in Myelofibrosis

AbbVie today presented real-world evidence from multiple hematology centers showing that navitoclax plus ruxolitinib maintains significant spleen volume reduction in patients with myelofibrosis in clinical practice. The real-world analysis included over 200 patients and showed that 58% of patients achieved ≥35% spleen volume reduction at 6 months, consistent with the pivotal TRANSFORM-1 trial results. The safety profile was manageable in the real-world setting, with thrombocytopenia being the most common adverse event. These results confirm the effectiveness of navitoclax plus ruxolitinib in routine clinical practice.
