Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 COSMOS Results for Tremfya in Psoriatic Arthritis

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 COSMOS trial evaluating guselkumab (Tremfya) in patients with active psoriatic arthritis who had inadequate response to one or two TNF inhibitors. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in ACR20 response rate at week 24 compared to placebo. These results support guselkumab as an effective treatment option for PsA patients who have failed TNF inhibitor therapy, expanding its use in the biologic-experienced PsA population.
