Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 Results for Talquetamab Combinations in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MonumenTAL-3 trial evaluating talquetamab-based combinations in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Talquetamab plus daratumumab demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to daratumumab plus pomalidomide plus dexamethasone. The combination was well-tolerated with a manageable safety profile. These results support talquetamab combinations as a new standard of care in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
