Pfizer Presents Real-World Data Confirming Cibinqo Efficacy in Atopic Dermatitis

Pfizer today presented real-world evidence from multiple dermatology centers including over 5,000 patients showing that Cibinqo (abrocitinib) maintains significant skin clearance and itch reduction in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in clinical practice. The pooled analysis demonstrated that 65% of patients achieved IGA 0/1 response at 16 weeks, consistent with the pivotal clinical trial results. Patient-reported outcomes showed significant improvements in sleep quality and quality of life. These real-world data confirm the effectiveness of Cibinqo in routine clinical practice.
