Pfizer Reports Phase 3 MagnetisMM-5 Results for Elrexfio in Multiple Myeloma

Pfizer today announced results from the Phase 3 MagnetisMM-5 trial evaluating elranatamab (Elrexfio) versus daratumumab plus pomalidomide plus dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who had received one to three prior lines of therapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival for elranatamab. These results support elranatamab as a potential new standard of care in earlier lines of multiple myeloma treatment and may support conversion to full approval.
