Regeneron Reports Long-Term NOTUS Data for Dupixent in COPD

Regeneron and Sanofi announce long-term follow-up data from NOTUS confirming sustained COPD exacerbation reduction with dupilumab.

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 NOTUS trial evaluating dupilumab (Dupixent) in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD and type 2 inflammation. At extended follow-up, dupilumab maintained a 34% reduction in moderate or severe COPD exacerbations compared to placebo. Lung function improvements were also sustained. These long-term data reinforce dupilumab as a durable treatment option for COPD patients with eosinophilic phenotype and support its continued use in this population.
