Roche Reports Long-Term Piasky Data Confirming Sustained Efficacy in PNH

Roche announces long-term follow-up data from the COMMODORE trials showing sustained hemoglobin levels and transfusion avoidance for crovalimab in PNH.

Roche today announced long-term follow-up data from the COMMODORE clinical trial program evaluating crovalimab (Piasky) in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). At extended follow-up, 85% of patients maintained hemoglobin levels above 10 g/dL and 78% remained transfusion-free. The long-term safety profile was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified. These data reinforce Piasky as an effective and well-tolerated treatment option for PNH patients and support its continued use in this rare hematologic disease.
