Roche Reports Phase 3 SKYSCRAPER-01 Results for Tiragolumab Plus Atezolizumab in NSCLC

Roche today reported results from the Phase 3 SKYSCRAPER-01 trial evaluating tiragolumab plus atezolizumab versus pembrolizumab in patients with PD-L1-high non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The trial did not meet its co-primary endpoints of progression-free survival and overall survival. Despite these results, Roche remains committed to exploring tiragolumab in other settings and combinations. Tiragolumab is an anti-TIGIT antibody that targets the TIGIT immune checkpoint. The company will continue to analyze the data and explore potential patient subgroups that may benefit from this combination.
