Roche Presents Real-World Data Confirming Venclexta Durability in CLL

Roche today presented real-world evidence from multiple registries and observational studies showing that Venclexta (venetoclax)-based regimens maintain durable responses in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in clinical practice. The pooled analysis included over 2,000 patients and showed that the majority of patients who achieved complete remission with undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD) remained in remission at 3 years. These real-world results are consistent with the pivotal clinical trial data and support the use of venetoclax-based fixed-duration regimens as a standard of care in CLL.
