Pfizer Announces Phase 3 MagnetisMM-7 Trial Results for Elrexfio in Earlier-Line Myeloma

Pfizer today announced results from the Phase 3 MagnetisMM-7 trial evaluating elranatamab (Elrexfio) in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to lenalidomide and dexamethasone alone. These results support the potential of elranatamab in earlier lines of multiple myeloma treatment. Pfizer plans to submit regulatory applications for elranatamab in this setting.
