Sanofi Reports Phase 3 SOLO LEAP Results for Amlitelimab in Atopic Dermatitis
Sanofi announces Phase 3 SOLO LEAP trial results showing amlitelimab achieved superior skin clearance versus dupilumab in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 SOLO LEAP trial evaluating amlitelimab, an anti-OX40L monoclonal antibody, versus dupilumab in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. Amlitelimab demonstrated superior IGA 0/1 response rate at week 16 compared to dupilumab, with 58% versus 44% of patients achieving clear or almost clear skin. The safety profile was favorable with lower rates of conjunctivitis compared to dupilumab. These results support amlitelimab as a potential best-in-class treatment for atopic dermatitis.
