Takeda Reports Long-Term FRESCO-2 Data for Fruzaqla in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Takeda today announced long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 FRESCO-2 trial evaluating fruquintinib (Fruzaqla) in patients with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer. At extended follow-up, the overall survival benefit was maintained, with fruquintinib demonstrating a consistent safety profile. These long-term data reinforce fruquintinib as a standard treatment option for patients with refractory metastatic CRC who have exhausted other treatment options. Fruquintinib is a highly selective VEGFR 1, 2, and 3 inhibitor.
