Takeda Reports Long-Term Ninlaro Maintenance Data in Transplant-Ineligible Myeloma

Takeda today announced long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 TOURMALINE-MM4 trial evaluating ixazomib (Ninlaro) maintenance therapy in transplant-ineligible patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. At extended follow-up, the progression-free survival benefit was maintained, with ixazomib demonstrating a consistent safety profile. These long-term data reinforce Ninlaro as an effective and well-tolerated oral maintenance option for transplant-ineligible myeloma patients and support its continued use in this setting.
