AbbVie Presents 5-Year Long-Term Data for Skyrizi in Plaque Psoriasis

AbbVie today presented 5-year long-term data from the UltIMMa extension studies showing that Skyrizi (risankizumab) maintains high skin clearance rates in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis through 5 years of continuous treatment. The data showed that 88% of patients maintained PASI 90 response and 72% maintained PASI 100 (complete skin clearance) at 5 years. The safety profile remained consistent with the known profile of Skyrizi, with no new safety signals identified over the extended follow-up period. These long-term data confirm the exceptional and durable efficacy of Skyrizi in plaque psoriasis.
