Roche Reports Long-Term COMMODORE Data for Piasky in Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria

Roche today announced long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 COMMODORE trials evaluating crovalimab (Piasky) in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. At 2 years, crovalimab maintained transfusion avoidance and hemolysis control with a consistent safety profile. The subcutaneous monthly dosing schedule was well-tolerated by patients. These long-term data reinforce Piasky as an effective and convenient treatment option for PNH patients, offering an alternative to intravenous anti-C5 therapy.
