AbbVie Presents 3-Year Long-Term Data for Skyrizi in Psoriatic Arthritis

AbbVie today presented 3-year long-term data from the KEEPsAKE extension studies showing that Skyrizi (risankizumab) maintains significant improvements in joint and skin symptoms in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) through 3 years of continuous treatment. The data showed that 60% of patients maintained ACR50 response and 70% maintained PASI 90 response at 3 years. The safety profile remained consistent with the known profile of Skyrizi, with no new safety signals identified. These long-term data support the sustained use of Skyrizi for patients with PsA.
