AbbVie Presents Long-Term Rinvoq Data Showing Sustained Remission in Crohn's Disease

AbbVie announces long-term data from the U-ENDURE trial showing sustained clinical and endoscopic remission for upadacitinib in Crohn's disease.

AbbVie today announced long-term data from the Phase 3 U-ENDURE maintenance trial evaluating upadacitinib (Rinvoq) in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. At 52 weeks, 49% of patients on upadacitinib 30 mg achieved clinical remission and 35% achieved endoscopic response. The long-term safety profile was consistent with previous observations across the Rinvoq clinical program. These data reinforce Rinvoq as an effective treatment option for Crohn's disease patients, including those who have failed prior biologic therapies.
