Eli Lilly Announces Phase 3 Results for Ebglyss in Pediatric Atopic Dermatitis

Eli Lilly reports positive Phase 3 ADvocate KIDS trial results for lebrikizumab (Ebglyss) in children aged 6-11 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.

Eli Lilly and Company today announced positive results from the Phase 3 ADvocate KIDS trial evaluating lebrikizumab (Ebglyss) in children aged 6 to 11 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in the IGA 0/1 response rate compared to placebo at week 16. The IGA 0/1 response rate was 42.8% for Ebglyss versus 12.5% for placebo. These results support regulatory submissions for Ebglyss in the pediatric AD population. Lilly is committed to expanding treatment options for children with moderate-to-severe AD.
