Johnson & Johnson Presents Real-World Data Confirming Carvykti Efficacy in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today presented real-world evidence from multiple academic medical centers showing that Carvykti (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) maintains high response rates in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in clinical practice. The real-world analysis included over 400 patients and showed an overall response rate of 84%, consistent with the pivotal CARTITUDE-1 trial results. The median progression-free survival was 22 months in the real-world setting. These results confirm the effectiveness of Carvykti outside of clinical trial settings and support its use in routine clinical practice for eligible patients.
