Johnson & Johnson Presents Real-World Data Confirming Balversa Efficacy in Bladder Cancer

Johnson & Johnson today presented real-world evidence from multiple urology and oncology centers showing that Balversa (erdafitinib) maintains significant response rates in patients with FGFR-altered urothelial carcinoma in clinical practice. The real-world analysis included over 300 patients and showed an overall response rate of 38%, consistent with the pivotal THOR trial results. The median progression-free survival was 5.8 months in the real-world setting. These results confirm the effectiveness of Balversa in routine clinical practice for patients with FGFR-altered bladder cancer.
