Johnson & Johnson Presents 5-Year Long-Term Data for Tremfya in Psoriatic Arthritis
Johnson & Johnson announces 5-year long-term data showing Tremfya (guselkumab) maintains significant improvements in joint and skin symptoms in psoriatic arthritis.
Johnson & Johnson today presented 5-year long-term data from the DISCOVER extension studies showing that Tremfya (guselkumab) maintains significant improvements in joint and skin symptoms in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) through 5 years of continuous treatment. The data showed that 65% of patients maintained ACR50 response and 75% maintained PASI 90 response at 5 years. The safety profile remained consistent with the known profile of Tremfya, with no new safety signals identified over the extended follow-up period. These long-term data support the sustained use of Tremfya for patients with PsA.
