Johnson & Johnson Announces Phase 3 MajesTEC-7 Results for Tecvayli in Earlier-Line Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson reports Phase 3 MajesTEC-7 trial results for teclistamab (Tecvayli) in combination with daratumumab and lenalidomide in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MajesTEC-7 trial evaluating teclistamab (Tecvayli) in combination with daratumumab and lenalidomide in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to daratumumab plus lenalidomide and dexamethasone. These results support the potential of teclistamab in earlier lines of multiple myeloma treatment. J&J plans to submit regulatory applications for this combination.
