Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 MajesTEC-7 Results for Teclistamab in Earlier-Line Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MajesTEC-7 trial evaluating teclistamab plus daratumumab versus daratumumab plus pomalidomide plus dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after 1-3 prior lines of therapy. Teclistamab plus daratumumab demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival with a hazard ratio of 0.62. The combination was well-tolerated with a manageable safety profile. These results support moving teclistamab-based therapy to earlier lines of myeloma treatment.
