Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 MajesTEC-9 Results for Tecvayli in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MajesTEC-9 trial evaluating teclistamab (Tecvayli) versus daratumumab plus pomalidomide plus dexamethasone (DPd) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who had received one to three prior lines of therapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival for teclistamab. These results support teclistamab as a potential new standard of care in earlier lines of multiple myeloma treatment.
