Regeneron Reports Long-Term RELATIVITY-020 Data for Fianlimab Plus Cemiplimab in Melanoma

Regeneron today announced long-term follow-up data from the Phase 3 RELATIVITY-020 trial evaluating fianlimab plus cemiplimab in patients with previously untreated advanced melanoma. At extended follow-up, the progression-free survival benefit was maintained, with fianlimab plus cemiplimab demonstrating a consistent safety profile. These long-term data reinforce fianlimab plus cemiplimab as a standard of care in first-line advanced melanoma and support the durability of dual LAG-3 and PD-1 checkpoint blockade.
