Roche Reports 5-Year IMbrave150 Data for Tecentriq Plus Avastin in Liver Cancer

Roche today announced 5-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 IMbrave150 trial evaluating atezolizumab (Tecentriq) plus bevacizumab (Avastin) in patients with previously untreated unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. At 5 years, 20% of patients treated with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab were alive compared to 12% in the sorafenib arm. These long-term data demonstrate the potential for durable survival with the combination and reinforce atezolizumab plus bevacizumab as a standard of care in first-line HCC.
