Roche Reports Phase 3 GLOW Results for Columvi in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Roche today announced results from the Phase 3 GLOW trial evaluating glofitamab (Columvi) plus ibrutinib versus ibrutinib alone in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival for the combination. These results support the potential of combining bispecific antibodies with BTK inhibitors in CLL and may lead to new treatment combinations for this disease.
