Takeda Reports 5-Year Long-Term Safety Data for Taltz in Plaque Psoriasis

Takeda today announced 5-year long-term safety and efficacy data for ixekizumab (Taltz) in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. At 5 years, 73% of patients maintained PASI 90 response and 56% maintained PASI 100 response. The long-term safety profile was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified. These data demonstrate the sustained efficacy and favorable long-term safety of ixekizumab in plaque psoriasis and support its continued use as a preferred biologic treatment option.
